Other Supports:
Person-Centered Planning
LARC develops and facilitates Person Centered Planning and circles of support for individuals with disabilities. Placements are facilitated through internal and external support teams which develop strategies to assist individuals in achieving his/her goals. The team is made up of people who know and want to support the individual.

Transportation
Transportation is provided and/or coordinated whenever and wherever possible. We provide referral and coordination to generic transportation services along with travel and mobility training.

Guardianship
LARC provides guardianship services to individuals in need of such support and who do not have other significant people in their life to be of assistance. LARC provides either limited guardianship supports (medical, financial, etc.) or full planning guardian supports. The availability of LARC to be a guardian is dependent on filing an application and the availability of time to provide the necessary supports.

Advocacy
LARC defines advocacy as facilitating, promoting, representing, supporting, advising, communicating and mediating. The staff of LARC provide advocacy through meetings, forums, role modeling, participating in community life and through relationships.  More Info
