Residential Manager
The candidate is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of individual resident’s needs, the complete functioning of the physical home and direct supervision of staff. Must support the team process, interface with families/guardians, DDS, day programs, physicians and nurse consultants; have knowledge of state and federal regulations, Life/Safety Codes and Licensing. Will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of resident quarterlies, annual reviews and programs.
Must support LARC’s mission, vision and guiding principles.
High School Degree with a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred with 1-3 years related experience and/or training including supervision or equivalent combination of education and experience with good communication/ interpersonal skills.
Valid CT driver’s license & good driving record required.
Will provide extensive training.
