LARC develops and facilitates Person Centered Planning and circles of support for individuals with disabilities. Placements are facilitated through internal and external support teams which develop strategies to assist individuals in achieving his/her goals. The team is made up of people who know and want to support the individual.

LARC coordinates, facilitates, and participates in the planning process:

• LARC will help an individual identify their team member and support the team to be fully functional and clear on their own rules.
• The team helps develop the individuals personal profile and goals.
• LARC helps mentor the process of supports and planning for resources.
• LARC helps the team and individual network.
