Individuals not involved in a work program participate in appropriate day options utilizing generic resources in the local community.

LARC offers various employment programs which provide job development, placement, on the job training and continuing support.

A transitional employment program is provided for school age students to assist in their transition from school to work, and for adults who are entering or re-entering the work force. A school transition program  is also provided for students taking the next step after high school.

The residential program includes individual living in four community  homes, as well as, in a variety of individualized supportive living options.

Throughout the year there are recreational and social activities for area youths and adults.  Camp Larc, a successful summer day program, provides integrated activities for school age children.

Other supports provided are person centered planning, transportation, guardianship, support services, advocacy.
