LARC offers various
employment programs which provide job
development, placement, on the job training and continuing support. |
Individuals not involved in a work
program participate in appropriate day options
utilizing generic resources in the local community. |
The
residential
program includes individual living in four community homes, as well as,
in a variety of individualized supportive living options. |
Throughout the year there are
recreational and social activities for area youths and adults.
Camp Larc, a successful summer day program,
provides integrated activities for school age children. |
A
transitional employment program
is provided for school age students to assist in their transition from school to work, and
for adults who are entering or re-entering the work force.

Other supports provided are
person centered planning,
transportation,
guardianship,
support
services,
advocacy. |
